Pacamara coffee variety is a crossbreeding between two Arabica varieties: Pacas and Maragogype.
Pacas coffee comes from El Salvador, specifically Santa Ana, as a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety.
And Maragogype coffee comes from Brazil, from a spontaneous mutation of Typica.
And the coffee i use today is nano lot coffee from marine service farm, produced by robert jameison.
The process of this coffee is dynamic cherry by doing 96 hours anaerobic fermentation and 23 days drying time.
This coffee is bursting with flavors, from the sweet notes of butterscotch, Caramel, and rich taste of chocolate.
And also have a bright citrus quality of Strawberry and orange sunkist with a grape.
